It takes up to 90 days for the California Board of Pharmacy to process applications after the application has been received. Contra Costa Medical Career College will assist you in completing all application requirements prior to submitting your application. California State licensure is REQUIRED for Pharmacy Technician employment in the state of California. An application for licensure will be denied by the Board of Pharmacy if a felony conviction is found on an applicant’s background check.
